Definitely works!! De-bloats within the day of drinking it, plus it's really good for you!! Surprisingly light tasting with a lil bit of visible strawberries pieces. I mix 1 scoop with 12 oz water and drink it all at once. Makes my tummy feel better within a couple of hours! Pleasant taste too!! Great product!!

I think this is a good product to reduce inflammation in your body and make you healthier.
