very healthy
you need to grind the seeds, but it will give you high health benefits and is delicious. ( coriander leaves and roots are not the same nutritional value)

Excellent products
Food to Live is aan excellent companies. I've ordered several things from them and their products are always good. Non-GMO too! I ordered the coriander (and also cumin) so I could make my own garam masala with toasted spices , as well as in other recipes.

The Food To Live Organic Coriander Seeds have great flavor, they go to powder nicely and go well with Eastern Indian recipes that I like to cook. Thanks for having them available.

Not sure if it is fresh
Great packaging but the organic coriander seeds I received seems old. It has that puffed up look. It tasted bitter after I grinded if and used it in my food. Bitter spices used in moderation means old/expired.
