They have a very flavorful product. I enjoy smoothies and when I discovered that there is a dried fruit you can buy to put in your smoothies I bought all sorts of flavors, blueberry, one of my favorites is strawberry. There is nothing else in the powdered fruit but fruit. It's handy when your making smoothies cause you can add as much as you want without taking up a lot of room in the blender. I often wonder how many cranberries does it take to make a tsp. of cranberry powder. Nothing but nutrition packed into these little cherubs.
I mixed cranberry and blueberry together to duplicate a product I supplement my dog's meals with. The vet said it makes it harder for bacteria to stick to the wall of the bladder. So far, so good!
Good product. Last shipment was FedEx and package was damaged and leaking. Still usable,no contamination
Great product! I bought this for cleaning my urinary system.
great energetic qualities of powders
Food to Live's Organic Cranberry Powder adds a great bit of "zing" to sweet smoothies, and is great to add to cereal/oats/oatmeal. The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because it sticks to everything! It sticks to the spoon, the edges of the resealable pouch, your fingers, everything! It's worth the trouble, though, to get that great cranberry taste (along with all the fiber and nutrients)!
It has maltodextrin. I expected it to be sugar free, fake sugar free any other kind of hidden sugar. I never opened it. I can't tell you how it tasted or anything.
I thought that I would see more info on how the powder could be used. Hmm. No info whatsoever. Maybe the company doesn’t have a clue why people buy it. Maybe they just an aren’t that savvy about marketing either. This is pretty costly stuff, so get with the program, Food to Live.
Not sure if the powder version retains a lot of the nutrients cranberry is known to give us. Also, with tons of cranberry growing in the U.S., why does this come from China? On the positive side, I would still buy this to mix in my orange juice.
I was hoping this cranberry powder would be a practical replacement for unsweetened cranberry juice. Alas: there’s maltodextrin which gives it a hint of sweetness. Also comes from China-I prefer US organic.
