I order these, however, sometimes they are tender and crisp and other times they are tough and stringy. It the chance you take. I am disabled so I have no choice, but Walmart is good about standing behind the quality if you are not satisfied.
Organic celery hearts expired yesterday. Stalks were cracked and brown on the ends. Sorry but I can’t photograph. I already tried to salvage what was sent.
The package says Sell by 06/23/25. It was delivered on July 28, 2025. A month after the sell by date. The celery were all rotten and gross. The top and bottom parts of the celery were brown and decomposed to a mushy disgusting mess..
I purposely only purchase organic vegetables for a reason. And the celery that I was delivered was half rotten. When I went to prepare dinner for our guests we had to take the time to go to town to purchase fresh celery. You can imagine how that went from there
It was rotten. I just love rotten celery. Anybody with us could’ve seen it why did they put it in my cart? I’m not appreciating the way. Walmart‘s been doing my groceries and giving me things that are rotten. Because I also in that same cart got two strawberry packs that were rotten also. I’m thinking of going to Food Lion or somewhere else. This is ridiculous. I tossed it in the trash and now I see you want a photo of it well too late. You’ll just have to take my word for it.
The product on its own probably would have been fine if Walmart hadn't selected a bag for the online order that expired the next day and was already rotten.
Returning celery to the store because the ends are brown and it shouldnt have been selected. This is the second time in the last month that I have gotten nasty celery!
I did a puck up order and the use by date was today 4/12/26 the same day as my order. The celery is rotten, they should not be allowed to pick items with the same expiration date as your order.
Item was replacing 3pk ROMAINE LETTUCE- that was unavailable- not sure how Organic Celery replaced it- but cant use and would like a refund of the celery.
Just looking through the bag, there were at least five celery sticks that were discolored or damaged.
