Organic Garlic Whole Fresh, 3 Count

I cut the top slightly off not taking too much of the tips with, surround it with foil, add a spoonful of olive oil on top, put in over dish and bake at 350° for maybe an hour. That brings out the flavor and takes away the punch of raw. I then snack on a browned delicious clove for health benefits and keeping the system cleaned of bacteria etc. and throw them is mashed potatoes or make a whipped butter from the head with just this and spices. After roasting the cloves pop right up whole out of head with a slight pinch at bottom when cooled they will remain whole, simple and so delicious while healthy.

What's better than a clove of fresh garlic added to your food?! An organic clove of fresh garlic. This is the next best thing to either growing your own or getting some at a farmer's market/stand. Usually comes fresh and doesn't last as long as non organic garlic, but garlic doesn't seem to last long in our home anyways.

Sometimes the garlic is fresh, sometimes not as fresh as I would like. But if I elect grocery pick up, I have to depend on someone else to examine the garlic closely. I wish Walmart carried additional types of organic garlic, but this is the only type available at my store. I would prefer the larger variety.

The reason for the three is that I just use it today. I’m hoping it’ll be OK but sometimes garlic turns green on me when I use it and I couldn’t get a definite responsive where this garlic was sourced when I tried to research it. I hope it’s from the USA.

The bulbs are small. I like to roast my garlic with olive oil in the oven. Roasting such small bulbs doesn’t produce much. Overall, I’m glad it’s organic so I’d pic it over conventional but wish the bulbs were bigger, even if it meant getting two instead of three. Purchased this to make garlic infused olive oil. Used 2 bulbs. Normally the house smells so garlicky I have to open a window, this time I couldn't even smell it. Hubby ate a clove, didn't taste garlic at all, actually had no taste. Sure won't purchase again.

This is the second package of garlic that was soft with brown spots and every clove having a green sprout. Walmart wants it returned for a refund but it was thrown away.

Your package states organic but is bleached garlic which is 100% white. Organic Garlic Whole Fresh, should have purple streaks on the outside of it and white inside..

I purchased the organic three pack garlic and it was almost like it had dust or eggs in it or seedlings like it had been infested and molding or something is was no good. It cannot be used at all almost like eggs with webbing fibrous if this is the case with organic? I just rather have the regular items like the person doing the shopping could’ve checked these before placing them in the cart for delivery
