I was having a problem with my ankles swelling and the Dr. recommended Bumex, a diuretic, which I have since learned is a very strong medicine. It was not helping at all to reduce the swelling. I learned about the side effects of Bumex and stopped taking it as it was doing nothing to reduce the swelling. I had heard about Grape Seed extract, so I purchased it. Within 2 days after taking the first 2 doses of 2 caspules daily, there was a remarkable difference in my ankles. The swelling was drastically reduced. I'm a believer and heartily recommend this product! I take 2 capsules daily with great results!

These grape seed capsules are great. I did not realize that my ankles were even puffy till I started taking these. I'm not sure if there are any other benefits from these. Only time will tell I know that change and healing the body will take time.
