I have been using this for a couple weeks now. I cant say I have noticed any significant difference in skin or any other health benefit. But I know you are supposed to take for awhile so I am still waiting. The taste is fine, its swallowable and there is no aftertaste when you burp. I like that it is organic. I dont crave sweets as much as I used to so maybe thats because of this!
