I'm using psyllium mainly for its LDL‑lowering benefits, since it's one of the few fibers with solid clinical research behind it. This one works well for me — fine texture, no weird taste, and no sugar or other additives. Just be aware it gels FAST. You have to stir and drink immediately, or it gets gummy. Not a dealbreaker, but something to know. I also really like the smaller 6‑oz size because it doesn't take up a ton of space on my countertop, and it's easier to handle. Larger sizes being cheaper per ounce, I just refill this one as needed.

Product is exactly what I expected. Fine texture, mixes within a minute or two. The smaller size I find convenient and appreciate the product is in a container that is moisture proof. I will purchase this product again.
