I'm using psyllium mainly for its LDL‑lowering benefits, since it's one of the few fibers with solid clinical research behind it. This one works well for me — fine texture, no weird taste, and no sugar or other additives. Just be aware it gels FAST. You have to stir and drink immediately, or it gets gummy. Not a dealbreaker, but something to know. I also really like the smaller 6‑oz size because it doesn't take up a ton of space on my countertop, and it's easier to handle. Larger sizes being cheaper per ounce, I just refill this one as needed.

I really like the quality of this psyllium husk. I'm on a keto diet and use it for my high protein/fiber keto recipes. It adds a good amount of fiber to the recipe and helps thickening the batter up. As an added bonus it has helped with keeping my digestive track moving. I've also used it in protein shakes and I've experienced the benefits of keeping regular using this product.

The psyllium powder works well for me with only a few inconveniences. It doesn't dissolve very easily in water and the quality is super small.
