Something is Missing!!! Oh - The Recipe !
I would Love to review this item and give it a proper rating. The problem is, there is no recipe on the package. The instructions are to scan something on the package for the recipe. I don't have the technology to do that. I looked online and found no recipe for this product. Without the recipe, I was able to get a flatbread that was cracker thin, burned easily although was very delicious. I would Love to have the chance to review this item again is I ever do figure out how to get a recipe for it.

Buy a dedicated pizza flour, not this.
Bought this on roll back, should have known better. Label states it contains yeast, which it either does not or the yeast is dead/expired. Usually use Italian "00" flour, thought I would try this, but it is horrible, doesn't rise and doesn't taste like pizza dough
