It does a great job of balacing hormones. It is very potent. You can taste herb lightly but nothing one can't with stand.

Great Energy for a Tired Mom 😅
This maca is a lifesaver for me as a mom with 3 year old twins and an 8 month old. I take this for energy and it helps SO much. I appreciate that they are 3rd party tested so I can trust purity and potency of the product. As a Registered Dietitian, I frequently recommend this adaptogen to my clients and I'll continue to use it!
