I immediately tried 2 tsp of this in my banana bread recipe. FABULOUS!!!! I wanted to increase my intake of matcha because of the tremendous health benefits but I just don't like drinking it because of the texture. It is awesome in pancake mix and other cake type mixes for cookies or cakes or bread.

It seems to be a good quality product. My daughter liked it. The price was very reasonable. My daughter is happy abd she has stock of it. Its worth soending the money.

I love coffee but it started to upset my stomach and so did tea. I gave this a try and it's delicious and doesn't hurt my tummy. I like it best mixed with cold lactose free milk or occasionally coconut milk but it's good hot too.

I liked what little taste there was, but I've never tried another brand. If used in water, it settles out after a few minutes, since it does not dissolve into liquids. In a smoothie, I didnt even know it was there.

This is culinary matcha, which is typically used in baking and cooking; however, I use it to make matcha tea, and it is delicious. it is as good if not better than what Starbucks uses. It does not dissapoint!
