So good for your immune health!!
I have always found products from Food to Live to be of high quality and very fresh. I know that people buy this organic potato starch for gluten free cooking but I am using it to support my body's microbiodome (beneficial flora, the backbone of immunity). Our good bacteria eat this "resistant starch" and grow more robust, which makes us stronger. We cannot digest this starch so it is carb free and I especially like that it is organic. You really should buy this for your immunity and pair with a good probiotic. And if you want to thicken gravy or soups, that's good too. Way better than cornstarch, all the way around!

Bought it by mistake thinking it's sweet potato starch. But it's fine just using this potato starch. Will buy this brand's products again!

Love Food to Live
I received this potato starch very promptly. Everything I’ve received so far from Food to Live has been excellent quality. I have not yet used this particular product to bake with but plan it soon. It’s been difficult to find organic potato starch so I’m thankful I found it here

Glad you had Organic wa
I was looking on the web for an organic potato starch for a gluten/grain free Naan bread recipe. I found that Food to Live had it so tried them for the first time. I used it this week and the Naan turned out great. I am really pleased with the product.
