Easy to take, no aftertaste, and fun.

I have used this product probably for over a year now. It tastes really good, and has never given me any discomfort. I have tried some probiotics that have given me the worst gas pains so I'm happy this one does not bother me. The only thing I will say, which there are so many factors involved, is that I don't have a bowel movement every day. Before I started taking a probiotic actively 7 to 8 years ago trying different probiotics I felt like I was struggling with IBS, even though I eat much cleaner now than back then. However, I currently struggle with the opposite instead, constipation. Maybe I should maybe take one each day instead of two, or it just comes with getting older. Not being in my 20s anymore, slower metabolism, etc.
