It is a little pricey but has such great flavor. I use a tablespoon for our morning smoothies (which makes 2) so it lasts a little longer! One of the best tasting.

This fruit "powder" from China comes coagulated in clumps that do not dissolve easily in your drink. Instead, it does redden the drink over time, but small clumps remain that must be dealt with as we drink. Even dropped into a large jug, shaken vigorously and refrigerated doesn't solve the clumping problem. Intermittent shaking of the jug while refrigerated does nothing to dissolve the clumps. I can't/won't serve this to anyone else. What a waste of money...
