I'm not positive of how this is supposed to make me feel, tbh, but oddly, taking this is overlapping with a welcome low appetite and healthy food cravings. I don't think that's supposed to happen? Either way, I will keep taking it unless I get a strange side effect because a friend in the same stage in life swears by it.

I have tried things in the past for hormone balance. This stuff really keeps me feeling normal. I would definitely recommend!! Complete natural products is a wonderful company! I love so many of their products.

CNP has all of the supplements you may need and ordering and receiving the products is very efficient. If you are looking specifically for Red Maca I highly recommend the CNP Red Maca. I signed up for automatic delivery so I do not have to worry about running out.

I like the Maca Root because it gives me lots of energy and clarity especially when under lots of stress. I take it with my Tumeric and Garlic from CNP. Great product
