Still Struggling With Milk Supply
I'm not sure I would recommend shatavari. I took it daily as directed, but I did not notice any increase in my milk supply. I was still only pumping about 1 ounce. I also changed my flange size because many people suggested that might be the issue, but it didn't make a difference. I even met with a lactation consultant who measured me for the correct flange size, and my output still didn't improve. While it may work for others, unfortunately it did not help me.
