Good product
It is a good product; you must sift it as there are still some wheat husk remnants in the flour. I don't eat a lot of wheat products but needed something not irradiated for cookies this Christmas. This flour does the trick, I will definitely use it whenever I make Christmas cookies.

Big difference!
My blood sugar does worse with white flour than sugar. This product doesn't affect it at all!!! I am thoroughly amazed!
