Delicious nutty flavor and gentle fiber
Great way to add extra fiber to your diet. Has a delicious nutty flavor . I add it to my yogurt with honey or date syrup and a banana. It's so delicious.

Great taste!
This was the only “sprouted” flax seeds I could find anywhere. Has a nice nutty taste. Will be buying more in the future.

I appreciated the fact that I didn't need to add eggs to my bean cakes, as the excellent binding I got from this product was sufficient.
