I try to only buy milk from Grass fed cows, I like the animals can go outside and graze on grass %26 greens in the pasture, I feel better knowing they have a humane life, I think the milk is healthier %26 has a good, creamy taste because of that, it's expensive, it would be great if it wasn't so costly but I want the cows %26 myself to have a healthier life, you really are what you eat, I don't like that any animals are factory farmed, I like knowing these cows are on family farms
Even with only 2% milk fat, this milk product has a soothing creamy flavor. It is not watery. It is organic, which means for me I am hoping that the dairy cows are truly happy and content. I feel that I am receiving substantive nutrition rather than empty nutrition. Because of its creamy flavor, my hot chocolate, and other cold and hot milk drinks, including Ovaltine, are also soothing.
So much better than the other ultrapasturized organic milks on Walmart site that are less expensive. The taste is more clean and less heavy and supposed to be much healthier than ultra pasteurized. In that case it's worth the money. Organic is always going to be expensive anyway but for a bit more try this!!
I think it's overpriced, but I used to buy the OV skim and it had the consistency of 2%. Also, 1/2 gal stays good for a whole month! (as long as the fridge works well). It also tastes better and being in cartons instead of plastic keeps the Vitamin D good. (Light that gets through see-through jugs, kills the Vitamin D)
I have been drinking Organic Valley 2% milk for some time now, and highly recommend it if you are a milk drinker like I am. The taste is always consistent, and because it has been ultra pasteurized, it lasts a long time in the fridge. That's important to me as I usually buy 5 half gallons at a time. I like the cartons that keep the milk fresh and are easy to pour for my arthritic hands that cannot handle a gallon jug. Having fresh tasting milk from the first half gallon to the last is the best! This is the only milk I buy and for good reason! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I wasn't drinking enough milk because I didn't like the taste. I tried this Organic 2 percent milk and couldn't believe the difference! It's absolutely delicious! Well worth the money and stays fresh in the refrigerator. I Strongly recommend Buying This!
I love this milk! It stays fresher so much longer. We don't always use the milk in the plastic container before it expires so end up throwing out but this always gets used. So even though it's more expensive, I fee like, in the long run, we are getting our money's worth!
Organic milk, eggs, and dairy products really do taste better, have better nutrition, and help sustainable small farmers. I don't always buy them, depending on my budget, but when I do, I know it's money well spent.
This can be somewhat pricey for the product but worth it for the quality especially with all the hormones in food. Perfect beverage for the kids, thick texture not watery, perfect for cooking and hot chocolate
My shopper picked a carton with the expiration date only 1 1/2 weeks away. I would have liked an expiration date a lot further out or call me to let me know the expiration date was close so I could have picked a different brand to get an expiration date further out.
