My favorite of all the ghees out there
I've tried several other companies' ghees, and this one is still my favorite. It doesn't liquify at room temperature like others do and it's at just that consistency that makes it easy to scoop out (and measure) when using it to stir fry or sauté veggies, etc. Nice flavor, good packaging in jar, appropriately priced.

Good flavor
This is a good flavor and organic. I use for frying because butter will burn this has a higher heat resistance.

Working class people can't afford this butter.
I believe that there should have been more for the amount of butter i received. A large family can't afford this cost for the amount of butter you receive.
