Delicious!
Excellent alternative to rice; it is delicious. You can cook it on the same setting as you would brown rice. You can make it with water and salt or chicken broth/stock. Add some black pepper and oil at the end. You feel great after you eat it. Simply superb.

I really like groats. The texture, flavor is nutty. It is delicious. I hate rice and this will definitely replace that.

Healthy and good.
Wow, I really like these. Still learning how to cook to just the right consistency. They don't come with instructions, I guess they assume I know more than I do. But I like them, they are good for you, and this is one of the few places you can get them in a smaller quantity. Apparently a lot of people buy a lot of groats!

Tasty and filling.
I love this stuff. I cook it like it says on the back of the bag except I cook it a little longer to about 25 minutes. I then add a teaspoon of stevia sweetener and a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Excellent groats, good value
Organic groats are the healthiest form of oatmeal. This brand is delicious and I will continue to buy it.
