Organic Whole Rye Bread (Mestemacher) 17.6 oz (500g)

Mestemacher Organic Whole Rye Bread is the only bread that I can eat without feeling bad after eating it. I have many health issues along with Blood Sugar Problems, IBS, Arthritis, Kidney and other health problems... this bread does not bother either of my health issues, but that it leaves me happy and satisfied after eating it. I grew up eating Rye bread and this one reminds me of my childhood (63 yrs). This bread does not have all the fillers and conditioner's Binders and ingredients that other breads have in them so you get a simple true flavor of the Rye grain. For me the taste is Beautiful. I use it for sandwiches and if I am eating Breakfast I sometimes toast it, but not always toast it. This bread does not leave you feeling HEAVY, or WEIGHTED DOWN, FOGGY HEADED or in any other way but good because you know that you just ate something that is very healthy and good for yourself. I have been buying this bread for a few years. I Hope and Pray that you would at least try it.
