I have been taking seamoss for years and I have been off of Seamoss for about a year I completely feel the difference from when I was not taking it my body is much stronger, my food cravings are less and I feel that my body is getting all the vitamins and nutrients that it possibly needs this is a 10 out of 10 not particular about the taste cuz it tastes oceany but I would definitely recommend the flavored ones elderberry,

Molded sea moss
I brought 2 jars of the sea moss and when I open the second jar it was molded. I called to complain but to no avail. I will never buy from you guys again
