Excellent Prebiotic
I consume it daily in a smoothie with a sweet fruit, coconut powder mainly or any other nut. I consume it mainly against itching anywhere on your skin. I honestly consider it very powerful.

Unique Flavour
My first time having these, so I was unsure of what to expect, taste wise. They are indeed mildly sweet and thin. This fantastic mild flavour is a unique taste to try once. Highly recommended.

Mildly sweet and a good prebiotic
I tried this organic yacon for the first time and it was definitely good- mildly sweet and healthy as it is a prebiotic. Thanks for offering this at a great price, Food to Live!

Healthy, unusual snack
I bought these for snacking as they are very nutritious. They're new to me; I'm not sure what I think. They're sliced very thin and have a mildly sweet flavor...they're growing on me.
