I have only had .6 pounds weight loss in a week but I am hoping that within a month I may have more. I wasn’t sure what to expect from these gummies. But yes, they taste like apples with just a hint of tart vinegar. I’ve started taking two of these gummies after lunch as a little treat. I've had apple cider vinegar gummies in the past that when you remove the tamper proof foil permeated the air with the ACV odor. These do not. They're easy to chew, almost seemed stale, but could just be the gummies consistency. (not all gummies in vitamin land are the same, after all)
