I have taken the Original Collagen daily for the last 26 months and I could feel the positive results within weeks. I received the wrong product somehow didn't notice I was given Relax instead of Original. I will say this... I couldn't figure out why I was so lethargic, so five stars for the product itself but don't take it in the morning as I did before I noticed it wasn't Original Enhanced Collagen

I have been using this product for several months. It helps me with sleep. I put a TB into a shot type glass, hydrate it with warm water and consume it with my toddy. It also has helped alleviating my osteoarthritis joint pain. I am a fan!

The collagen is already great, and I really enjoy the added magnesium. Magnesium is essential for so many things, and most are deficient; I love this collagen adds just one more easy way to get magnesium into the diet.

I find with the Ashwagandha and Enhanced Collagen, sleep has greatly improved. I've been taking Collagen for a couple of years now, with this extra benefit added it's a no brainer!

Unflavoured collagen has always been so easy to add to any beverage. Unfortunately this product alters the taste of the drink it is added to. I'm thinking it might be the magnesium? I hope that I am able to return it to the retailer that I purchased it from.
