They grow easily and can be harvested in a few days .You can taste the nutrients and I know the offer great health benefits for my family.I can tell hese are concentrated in minerals. I used these micro greens in place of lettuce. I also use them on top of all my meals. Try them out.

I'm getting about 50% germination rate... so I'm getting about 50% value for my money. 90% would be excellent, 80% would be acceptable. I don't think 50% germination rate is acceptable
