this isy first attempt to grow micro green for salad and its benefits for pre diabetic. I am very hapy wi5h both effects. this broccoli sprout, the taste and effect. of it on my blood sugar after few weeks are great.

I'm getting about 50% germination rate... so I'm getting about 50% value for my money. 90% would be excellent, 80% would be acceptable. I don't think 50% germination rate is acceptable

I thought that this was broccoli sprouts.
