it works really good, i got it for my room cus im obsessed with ice but just dont like the ice out the fridge cus it just tastes like fridge but the ice is clear so id recommend to use the large ice serting!! but you should most def buy and its so affordable! 🤪✌🏼
So far it's been been working great! Super easy to use. Option to make small or larger ice bullets. You can forget about having to rush to the store last minute before hosting people/event at home to pick up ice, this machine will make you ice in no time. Perfect for summer.
I was so excited for this to be delivered. I have wanted one for a while. It came while I was at work. So I went home on my lunch hour and tried it out. It's awesome! I can't wait to keep using it totally worth the money. Love the color!
This machine keeps my family in ice, without the expensive and inconvenient trips to the store.
Love it!! Works perfectly.. nice soft ice .. makes ice in 5 minutes
This icemaker is wonderful. I. Love it I would recommend for anyone who wants ice but doesn't have it in their freezer to buy this. The color. Is nice but not essential because It makes perfect size ice cubes for a drink.Or for eating ice or for anything you need ice for. I love it.
Orgo Products The Sierra Countertop Ice Maker, Bullet Shaped Ice Type, Blue This ice maker really surprised me. I seriously thought I would try it and return it. I had low expectations. I have a very small freezer compartment and ice trays are a lot of trouble and take up too much room. So I bought this because I got 50% off on a sale. When I plugged it in, it made the first ice "bullets" in less than 5 minutes. It holds just under 2 quarts of water and will continue to make ice until the basket is full or it runs out of water, which ever comes first, which is always the full basket. When I have the room, I make enough ice to fill a small plastic container. Every time it drops ice, I break up the ice in the container and add the new ice. When its full, I drain the ice maker and leave it on my counter. It is small so I can easily move it when needed. I have a soda ice chest that holds a 6 pack of 16 oz bottles. It takes about an hour or so to make enough ice to fill the chest when it is full of drinks. That saves me about $3 and a stop at the gas station to use about 1/4th of the ice I would have to buy. It is very quiet. You can hear the water flowing when it fills up to freeze, and when it dumps the ice in the basket, but it is not enough to disturb even a quiet conversation, and unless it is sitting next to you, it would not disturb even a live video presentation. This won't feed a family, but for me, living alone, with a small fridge, this is fantastic. It's better than I had hoped it would be.
This is my first ice maker I've purchased and it didn't meet up to my expectations. It produces about 10 small pieces every 7-9 minutes. Took hours to make a decent amount for a couple of people to use. I thought it would be handy to have for parties when ice was needed but it wouldn't meet what would be required. I don't know if this is the standard for small ice makers but it wasn't worth the buy. The picture I posted with the review are the large sized cubes. That small batch was about 15 minutes waiting on it.
Yes, (So Far) it is the least expensive countertop unit (that i can see), out there/available… Buuut, (there's ALWAYS a “Buuut”)… You'll get frustrated with it after using it!… It's “finicky” about it's Water-Level and you'll grow tired of it not wanting to work until you figure out it's lil “Sweet-Spot” of where it likes/wants to be BEFORE it'll start performing!
As far as setting up the icemaker, it was super easy. I filled up the icemaker as instructed to the max line %26 the add water indicator kept popping up red, even though the water was at the max line. The icemaker never made ice. When unboxing it looked as though it had been used in the inside so I had to clean it out thoroughly before setting it up. I could've called their customer service and had them either help or replace, but this is already a bad indicator that this product will not last me.
