I was very cautious about buying an expensive shampoo with a significantly lower price and not from a manufacturer. But I am happy to say that the bottle and the product look original. The risk paid off)

Nice but too expensive
I like smell and texture of this shampoo but it is definitely overpriced one. It does not make magic to your hair. Although you might consider it as a beautiful present for friends and family. And yes, bottle and package looks gorgeous!!! I tried their conditioner too.

I was disapointed that the pictures shows a pump top, but it did not come with one.

Shampoo leaked all over the inside of package.
Opened the package and the lid to shampoo was not on tight and there was shampoo leaked everywhere inside of package. When I pay $120 for shampoo I expect to receive every last drop.

What happened?
I've used this shampoo for years. But this batch gave me a rash, so I returned it. Still plan on using it, but I think I'll order it from Amazon. Also ordered the conditioner, which worked just wonderful.
