when i got the controller it said refurbished on the box, it did not say that when i ordered it. and i paid $157 for it please explain to me why i paid that much.

Missing Packages
Didn't receive the package , when it sent delivered . call immediately and the automated message told me that I had to wait 48 hours until I can call to make a report. I think you guys should make some changes to your policy that way when a package is not been delivered or if the package has been delivered to a wrong address, you guys have enough time to correct that situation

I ordered a left hand controller but I did not receive a left hand. I received right hand. unfortunately it was a Christmas gift and now will not be here for Christmas
