I'm giving 3 stars because it's like this remote won't respond sometimes when you are pointing it directly at the tv but super fast shipping and it works ok when it's responding.

The only button that worked or responded to my TV was the power on button. Yet it won't even turn it off. No other buttons worked/my TV is not responding to the remote. Not to mention my delivery was delayed and came with no instructions.

There should be a zero star option. I received my remote and when I opened it I was disappointed to see that it looked used, there was some damage to it. The battery insert cap was not opening and I couldn't get it to open, it even seemed like someone had bought it before and they used a sharp object to tried to open it but couldn't get it to open because it has some scratch marks on it. I am very disappointed with it. IT DIDNT EVEN COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS!! How was I supposed to set it up.

Waste of money. This remote did not work with the element smart tv that I have. It also did not come with instructions

There should be a zero-star option. This product does not work and there are no instructions included. Some reviewers mention remote worked automatically as soon as they put batteries in and pointed it at the TV, others said theirs never worked. Took a gamble, sad to say I'm in the second category (no, it's not the batteries). Sat on it too long so my window to return to Walmart expired and forget trying to call the company it ships from directly, they NEVER answer or return messages. Save yourself some time and just buy a universal remote you can program, don't waste your time or money on this piece of crap.
