My pillow arrived earlier than expected, yay! It came filled to the brim with plenty of buckwheat, so much I had to empty some of it out since I like it a little softer and having it filled all the way may it too hard for me. I love it. And its nice quality. I am so glad I found this seller! I have a had one before so I knew what to expect. For those who have never had one it does take some time to get used to, dont give up on it too easily. And play with the amounts of buckwheat you have inside. I am older now so I pair to with a softer memory foam pillow that lost most of its oomph to have a little more cushion to it. The two conmbined is dreamy. Buckwhaet keeps my head and neck positioned properly.

I usually use sobakowa brand, but this pillow was a suitable substitute. I gave 5 stars softness, but that should really be N/A for a buckwheat hull pillow.

This shorter 14" buckwheat pillow is what I wanted except I thought it came with a separate pillow case cover. It doesn't. In order to wash the pillowcase there is a very skinny zipper. Then empty the buckwheat hulls to wash the pillowcase and refill the washed zippered pillowcase. The pillowcase is a good size thickness, the material is the cream colored muslin which is okay. My thoughts are this should be about 25% cheaper. Oh well. But it works as expected and the hulls are good as expected. I know that these hulls break down and should be replaced periodically as they turn to dust. However, this is as good as it gets if someone wants real stabile support under the neck the whole sleeptime.

It's a Yes and No, Mostly Unsure! After a couple of uses, 4 days, the buckwheats started coming out of the pillow case from a small even opening beside the seam. I'm not sure what the cause is, It could be that the stitching wasn't strong enough, or the mm of the thread was too small to bind the linen like material, plus, it could possibly have been an accidental slip from a box knife. I'm not sure. I decided to just stich up the thin but stought linen, like material instead of sending it back. Mainly because my Mom sure enjoys this pillow and that's all that matters on this matter, right. 🙂

I had a name brand buckwheat hull pillow that I absolutely loved. This pillow however does not stand up to the last one I had unfortunately, very very dusty and smelly, can't use it.

This pillow is far too small and it's so hard you CANNOT get it comfortable to sleep on. I was very disappointed with it.
