not 4500w
the cobalt series states 4500w. but when benched. it barely puts out around 950w. but its ok for the money if you need something of that low power and price. i am not going to use it. i needed around what the box states for power. not under 1000w. anyone looking should do your homework. before buying anything from the cobalt series line
