Excellent jacket - the warming strip in the neck is the cherry on top - battery lasts a good amount of time.

I bought a jacket for both my husband %26 myself; they came a week earlier than the estimated delivery. Both jackets fit great %26 work exactly as we thought they would! I wanted mine in white but they were sold out in my size so I bought the black w/red zipper. I'm very pleased with the quality of the jacket and how soft they are. Only thing I would change is if the zipper could also unzip from the bottom for when you're in the car. But overall it's definitely not a deal breaker! If you're thinking about getting one - Go Ahead!!! You will not be disappointed!

This coat is comfortable and stylish. Heats up great and will cook you out. Well worth the money spent.

The fit is great. Finally, a coat with decent sleeve length and the just past the hip coverage in the coat length is perfect. I asked for a heated vest last year for Christmas and have been so pleased with it that I was considering a coat. I'm a bus driver and it can get pretty cold in my 'corner office' on a winter day. My zipper was failing in my favorite coat, so it was all the confirmation I needed to go ahead and get an ORORO heated coat. I recommend your products all the time! Very pleased with all my ORORo products.

I work the graveyard shift and when i go to my car for my breaks in the middle of the night it gets COLD well i decided to finally buy this jacket and its the best thing ever it keeps me so warm!

Product is amazing worked awesome until had An issue within warranty period now I now heated gear doesn't last it's just part of what it is and does if I get two years from heated gear I am more than happy with that this one however had a flaw and was warrantied that's awesome my only complaint is there process or the warranty it was very long and drawn out if we hadn't like the product and how it worked so well I would have cut my losses and time and bought another brand

Well made, warm in all the right areas. Material is sturdy but not too stiff and the warm pockets are the bomb. However, I am 5'1" and the fit is not good. I can get the sleeves altered, but the length from the shoulder to neck is too long so the collar is up around my ears and the hood, when up, starts under my nose and clears the top of my head about 3 or 4 inches. I have taken the hood off and am going to pin the collar down in hopes it softens with wear because I really like the jacket.
