Good bread! Great for lowering carb intake...
Tastes good, but slices are EXTREMELY tiny and thin. Still, it is great if one is a diabetic who is watching carb and calorie intake like I am!

Won't be buying again…
It's HARD we will not eat it because it is too hard to eat. Also the ingredients are not great! There are seed oils, and other terrible ingredients. I can get past the hardness but the ingredients aren't great like they put off.

I NEVER ASK FOR Substitutions. And I hate all wheat bread. I opened it before I even realized that it was overpriced wheat bread.
