The reason I gave this only one star is because they were out of stock so they send me a substitute without my permission which was Harris bedbug spray so I've only used it once I haven't had a chance to read it, but that was my reason for forgiven one star thank you you

Ok, but falls short on application.
The spray pattern for this is set by the nozzle and is not effective in many areas. There needs to be an additional “straw” or some sort of tube that would allow you to spray directly into tight spots, crevices, and folds which is exactly where these bugs hide. This is a deal breaker if I have other brand options!

far too expensive
it works ok. for the price that Ortho is charging for this stuff, I thought I was just gonna spray it and POOF, got my pest issue solved , dinner made for the week taxes done...ya no...the works ..but neigh...not real knock down power , no significant long term difference...i just can't make the price-vs-cost add up....math ain't mathin on this one .. for me it's just not worth the price. highly overpriced and doant work that well .

Bugs were gone after the first application.
We got bed bugs after someone in the house bought a used chair from a shady used furniture store last year. By the time we realized they were here they had spread to an adjacent room. We tried numerous other products to kill them to no avail. We bought this 5 months ago. After the 1st application of this we didn't have any new bites and we haven't seen a live bug since. I definitely recommend this if you are dealing with them!

it's works great believe me some how I had got bed bugs in my home i don't even have a idea of it happened but this ortho changed my life i bought 3 bottles and it worked so great i went back and bought 3 more just incase this ever happens again which it won't happen because I'm kinda afraid of just letting anyone into my home now so that's the only way I can see it happen from the beginning

Best product on the market
Have tried every product on the market, but this Ortho stuff is the ONLY product that I have found that actually works. With only ONE application, you too can rid your home of creepy-crawleys for MONTHS1

Easy to use. Kills bugs when sprayed on them directly. Not sure if it isn't direct contact. I have been spraying around my bed and different areas in my room. I guess time will tell if it works long term or not.
