The best I have used!

It's hard to find a good supplement that uses vegetable capsules - and here it is! They are vegetarian and as an added bonus they dissolve faster. I like the immune and antioxidant boosting quality of this supplement since I work around a lot of people each day.

I know selenium is good for so many things but never realized it was good for thyroid support. I have started taking this supplement and since I do have thyroid issues and have noticed a decrease in my appetite. Im really hopeful this will be the boost I need to get me over my thyroid issue without being stuck on prescription meds for the rest of my life.

I read that taking Selenium helps with joint pain. I'm already taking other minerals for my joints and I hope that adding Selenium will help even more. I also read that it helps you sleep and I definitely need help with that!

I didn't know that selenium is good for thyroid, it's helped my appetite even though my thyroid is ok. Definitely going to order for my husband cause he does have issues with his. I have noticed the immune response also.

These supplements were recommended to me by my doctor. I work in health care and this is always a hard season with colds and flus and viruses going around. She said that I should take these for a boost for my immune system.

i have been taking this to boost my immune system. people around me has been sick and I'm still have not gotten sick. it seems to work

i didnt like the price of this but it seems to keep my low thyroid issue in check aka hypothyroidism not to be mistaken with hyperthyroidism hypo to low hyper to high

Not sure if i like this selenium. Extremely different than what i had before which is unavailable at this time. Very strong unnpleasant smell which i can live with but not sure if its safe for human consumption. Jury still out on this one. Proceed with caution

These have such a bad chemical taste and smell. It's very unpleasant and not something I have ever noticed with other brand's selenium. I will not be buying them again.
