I love the chair. It came assembled completely. The shipping process was smooth. I think it was a great investment.

It's very relaxing after a long day to sit in this chair and “dial a delight”. Whether it's a foot message, deep tissue work in the middle and upper back, an auto program that works the entire body, or bits and pieces you can manually select, it's a nice addition to our home.

The chair arrived in a timely fashion, completely assembled ready to go . The manner in which it achieves "zero gravity" is such that it doesn't take up an excessive amount of space. I've already missed the endings to shows by falling asleep to the rhythms, which speaks for itself in satisfaction.

We're loving our massage chair. First off, it's challenging to find one that doesn't look incredibly unattractive and this was the best we could find. And after using it, we're really happy with the massage that it gives.

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Osaki Champ model. It is pre-assembled unlike most chairs which require assembly. It has L-track massage rollers, heat and bluetooth! My body feels way better after i sat on this massage chair everyday for past few months.

I got this for my grandparents and they use it everyday! I also use it any chance I get. Super relaxing and helps recovery from long days! Highly recommend!

Quit working in 2 days. It will be replaced but I hope it doesn't stop working.
