I prefer this all beef bologna over “regular” by far. It cost over twice the amount, but worth it to me. The flavor is very good and the texture nicer than basic bologna, which tends to be wetter. Never thought bologna would be a “splurge” at $8ish per lb, but we all like it, especially on sub night.
I grew up on Oscar Meyer bologna. My parents were poor and to proud to ask for government assistance. Bologna (beef only) I eat for lunch or when I'm to tired to cook.
It's been a long time since I have had bologna. Tried the regular first but the beef is far superior. It had a very good taste and texture. I will be buying this again
Joining W was the best thing. They are on time, also let you know if they have to substitute. I save a lot of money doing this! It is the right thing to do! I love it!!! 🤩
One of the very few items in our lives where the quality is completely accounted for long after the product became an afterthought. I always fussed about the Oscar M pork/chicken recipe of the bologna as it tasted a bit better than the beef, but an hour after consumption, you always feel so much better. For your health, choose Beef Bologna, for taste choose the cheap stuff. Also, never mix balogna with real mayo. Use Miracle Whip and apply it to the bread on both sides. The balance of the flavors magically enhance the bolgna and you found yourself a possible new treat from your pantry!!!
This was a favorite of my parents generation. not particularly my favorite, but i get the appeal for a cold bologna sandwich on a hot day. We prefer the BEEF over the regular, but thick slices are overwhelming. also the longer it sits in fridge the more greasy it tastes. and for some reason some packages have a kind of lighter darker shades
what I just like is price that it cost now to have bologna which is pretty much cheapest of all the meats or sandwich meats it's not a cheap meal anymore unless you want to have something less quality than beef
I really like regular bologna. But I can't hv pork. This beef is an alternative. But it just isn't good testing at all. Tolerable with stressing it up... salad dressing or mustard lettuce tomato, etc
Brown spots on almost every piece and it was the large package it was also outdated or close too expiration somebody isn't checking dates or what product looks like before selling it? Sorry Walmart won't buy some of your meats yogurts or pico de gallo that was mush
This item was out of date, and I didn't notice it until we opened it. It had a white coating on the sides that was not on the package I bought before. Check the dates on everything! If it had not been out of date, this would have been a 5.
