I'm 72yrs old , when going up our choice was Oscar Mayer Hot dogs, sometimes right out of the package. As the years past the taste and flavor has changed. these are smoked sausage made with pork dont know if it's the smoked but they are the best. and I hope they continue to make them.
I am a huge fan of spicy and hot foods and I love these dogs. On a bun or paired with cottage cheese they are delicious. If you have never tried them.. do. They aren't very hot but very enjoyable. We like them fried with potatoes, onions with red and green peppers .
Nice change from plain OM hotdogs. The jalapeno hint is not over powering with just enough cheese. Expect the same brand quality in this variety. We pop these in the airfyer for the perfect grill like experience anytime. The chilli n cheese flavor has become our preferred.
Oscar Mayer hot dogs are the best hot dogs in my opinion. They're not too fat nor too skinny. They're high quality and this is the best brand out there. I've tried the cheaper brands, but they just don't compare. They're great to sit out in the sun if you're at the beach and just throw them on a bun and eat them. Especially the cheese filled ones. You can really taste the cheese and jalapeno in these.
you like a little bit of heat you will love these jalapeno cheddar cheese Hot Dogs they are so delicious my grandkids love these things especially on a grill they're so good and the flavor just pops in your mouth it is just excellent I highly highly highly recommend this item thank you so much
It's Oscar Mayer baby! ANNNND it IS a hot dog, so ya gotta be real. I have been an OM baby since the early 70's so I am HAPPY %26 relieved to say MOST of their products still hold today, for me. Has touch of spice with some cheese 🧀 flavor coming through. BIG thing I miss %26 I KNOW it came later in life, is the SEAL ZIP bag. I saw the change awhile ago %26 I have to say that feature I am sure is a cost affected concern, but WAS nice.
Hot dogs are a great staple in many households all over. They come in chicken, beef, or pork, and rarely do they come stuffed with not just cheddar, but jalapeño cheddar! This is a special treat, a rare find, and hopefully, a sizzling time very soon!
These have a really great jalapeño and cheese flavor. They taste very good, and its a quality hot dog for the kind that really has no snap. HOWEVER, the price has recently gone from $2.50 up to nearly $4 now. I bought one more pack to enjoy and will not be buying more. It's not ok to nearly double the price in less than a week. Shame on you, Walmart. I'd recommend giving it a try, but at $4 a pop, you can buy real sausages, not just hot dogs.
Dogs seem twice as tiny in a bun, 2 bites it's gone. Barely taste any cheese or jalapeño. It's nice to see chunks of cheese in the dogs, otherwise another great idea to get excited about, that'll let you down because cost and production prevented a great product. One of those keep it cheap but keep the original idea!
This Jalapeño hot dog is very mild almost comparable to green chilies. The hot dogs have a taste closer to the Lil Smokies or full size Smokies hot dogs. Not bad but not really spicy for a Jalapeño hot dog. I like them as a cheaper substitute for breakfast sausages.
