It would be great and fantastic if they would have the smoked turkey like this one, but I usually have to get the other one because it's either gone or they don't order it enough or it's out of stock which I doubt that they sell it out like that fast because when I go into the store I grab a package and it has plenty there. There's at least 17 packages sitting there in the cooler but then like a week later if I place an order and I wanna get one never I think only maybe once or twice in the past year it was delivered. You need to order more smoked turkey it last longer in the refrigerator all smoked stuff last longer
A reasonably good lunch meat that I like but my wife is not in favor of %26 since a happy wife is a happy life I tend not to buy this as often as i likely would otherwise. I'm not as particular as she is nor as sensitive to taste, texture, etc. For buys seeking something inexpensive %26 easy go for it but if you are married pay more attention to her view. I have been married since I was a teenager n now, 65 years later, still am lucky enough to have her company. All the best to all you guy's who have learned what it takes to keep her around. A good product just does not live up to her expectations.
This is obviously a processed and pressed product. However the taste in not bad. Because of the thickness of the cut and low calories, it makes for a quick snack or sandwich. it's perfect for a single man that isn't prone to cooking. HaHa. I buy it regularly.
I love the turkey, sliced just right and state great now from the Bad I cant eat the whole pack and throw some away every time the price is a little high to throw any of it away.
If you like Baloney this nationally popular brand is the best. However, I was shopping for a thin sliced turkey sandwich meat. This turkey baloney tastes excellent but is cut thick. One slice makes a nice sandwich.
For what it is, and at its price, it's an okay product. This sandwich meat looks and feels more like a lighter color bologna.
could tell it's turkey, but it wasn't something that I would get again. I think preteen kids would be okay with it.
I thought that I had gotten regular turkey breast. I hadn't realized that I got the smoked and I don't care for the smoke so that's the only thing that would be my problem with that other than that I love turkey breast.
Considering this is a long-time national brand with a pretty good reputation I almost have no words to describe how horrible this "turkey breast" is. Normally I buy GV turkey breast which is probably not the best but very doable and tastes like turkey. There is no mystery as to what you're eating which can't be said about this brand's version. It doesn't taste like turkey, doesn't look like turkey, doesn't smell like turkey and feels rubbery. Such a disappointment. Will never buy this again.
I always liked this slice meat, however, because I order online, I have to rely on others actually picking out my items. Lately the 'best by date' has been quite a few MONTHS past that date. I am no longer going to buy this particular slice meat. I do not have these same problems with other slice meat I buy. JGHawk
