Oscar Mayer Original Fully Cooked Bacon Mega Pack, 6.3 oz Box, 23-25 slices

I like this bacon. I previously purchased the Hormel brand but had two pkgs of bacon moldy. Unfortunately, Hormel didn’t seem to care (despite pictures). Anywho, Im kind of glad that happened because I have found a better bacon and less expensive bacon.

If you love bacon like I do and in a hurry or going on a trip where you have to stay in a motel or other, this precooked bacon is awesome. Fresh out of the package and tastes just like real bacon off the frying pan but at room temperature. I waited two months before trying this product after purchase, stayed fresh and tasted great. Highly recommend.

Love this bacon! I dont have to worry about cooking it, or cleaning up the grease, and it lasts a long time in the fridge. If I want to, I can warm a few slices up in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds to use it warm. Sometimes there is a little extra grease but that just makes it taste better.

Fully cooked Bacon is real good for me. It isn't like frying regular bacon in a skillet. It isn't that thick. It has decent flavor and you'll have to experiment with microwave times. Was hard for me to remember but it continues to cook a little after you take it out of the microwave so kept cutting 5-10 seconds off cook time to get it right. I like it on egg, bacon, and Velveeta cheese sandwichs. I recommend it but it isn't regular bacon fried in a skillet.

Who doesn't love bacon? Well, we didn't love it so much when we used to use other brands. It was hit or miss. Sometimes we would facepalm ourselves wondering why in the world we bought other cheap brands of bacon? You know the type…falls apart…thin and flimsy…doesn't taste right. Any time we used any other brand we truly missed our Oscar Mayer bacon. So, if it's not Oscar Mayer, you just won't love bacon.

There's nothing better than pre-cooked, ready-to-eat bacon! No grease splattered all over your kitchen from having to fry it up yourself, and instant bacon-craving gratification when you want it. The only thing that bums me out about this product is that it's kind if limp, and lacks the warm, juicy crunch of freshly fried bacon. Nonetheless, it works when you're wanting that bacon but don't feel like frying it up!

it's good as a shortcut but it's really thin so it's hard to see any value-especially because of the price for the weight. is the time saved really worth the integrity of the bacon? i would think not but sometimes i guess any bacon is better than no bacon. is it better quality than other precooked bacon? 👍 definitely and the fat is mostly cooked out.

I like precooked bacon for the microwave even though I had to increase cooking times as I like very crispy. Price is a high but what isn't now days. My only complaint is that bacon is vacuum sealed in plastic that make it difficult to separate the pieces for cooking without tearing them. The sealing melds them into a lump.

My daughter loves this bacon. It's easy to prepare quickly. It's ready in less than one minute usually. However, the last package I bought had a lot of dried grease in it. So much that I couldn't split the bacon apart and had to cook it as one lump for her. I tried removing some of the grease with a paper towel after cooking and there was too much. I switched plates and continued to pat each piece. The bacon has a good flavor and she likes it, but too greasy recently.

I buy it in a pinch for a time saving option. Frying bacon takes time and a mess to clean up. There are other fully cooked bacon brands but I go with this brand at Walmart because it is the only one that has 6oz package with 23 strips however be advised the strips are very thin.
