I have not as yet done any serious cooking in this pan. I followed directions on how to clean and “break it in”. Brush it inside gently with oil, heat it on 150 for 3 or 4 minutes. Turn if off and let it cool then wipe it clean. But it does its job with heating. You can fry any thing in it and you don't have it petrified trying to brown it. I'm going to treasure this skillet. It's been years since I've found one that really gets hot enough to fry. I would buy it again if something happened to this one.

I love this item it was very well put together and it works wonderfully I love to non-stickability now I just got to keep everybody's silver Forks out of it

The coding on the skillet is awesome! It does not look like it can scratch off or scrape off like my last one with the black coating! I am very happy with this skillet!

Was surprised how well this thing heats up and nothing sticks so cleanup is awesome. Got it to help reduce heating up the RV we use and does a great job

The plug on the side simetimes seems to get loose %26 needs to be more securely installed by manufacturer.

I purchased it for a friend. She loves it.

For what we needed it is great. Cleaning the pan is very easy. Just the right size and the color is perfect for our dining area. I like serving from the pan.

Nothing sticks to it. Surface is amazing! The temperature around the outsides is not the same as the middle is my only complaint.

Great electric skillet, only complaint is the temp dial is hard to read because it doesn't go to zero when you turn it off.

The driver said he delivered my package when he never came. I was at my door waiting on my package, and the driver never came and something need to be done about the drivers that are sending out texts to our customer, saying that their package is at the door when it's not horrible.
