Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health Dietary Supplement with Vitamin D and Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM, 80 Count

I have very bad knees due to surgeries and being a little older with arthritis so I got this to see if it would help at all. I have been taking them for about 10 days now and my knees feel better and I am very happy with that. Most products I have tried before didn't seem to do much but I feel a difference with these already and they have vitamin D which is an added benefit. When it comes to knee pain you look for any relief and I think I may have found it..I look forward to seeing how my knees are in a few weeks. At this time I do recommend these highly as I am experiencing less pain.

I started having a bit of pain in my knuckles on my right hand as the weather got colder. My mother has used Osteo Bi-Flex for years and suggested I try it. It's taken about a week to see results, but I do feel an improvement. I'm not having the pain as it was before and the ache is gone. The pills are easy to swallow. The only issue I have with the product is the oversized bottle. The pill area is about 4 inches high when the pills themselves only take up about an inch of space. It's not a big deal, but the bulky bottle will eat up some cabinet space. That aside, I think it's a really good product and will continue to take it.

This is triple strength for your joint health which we need after a certain age. Pharmacists recommend this product. This has Vitamin D in it, 50mcg, which is 250 percent of the daily recommended dosage. Now with Covid going around they are now saying that the people that are catching it are low in their Vitamin D intake.

My husband was in the military for 25+yrs so his knees, joints, shoulders, and ankles bother him and he didn't want to stop working out so we figured to give this a try. After about a week on the product, he told me that the pain and swelling are much less than it was and his knee pain (which is the worst from multiple surgeries) is very low compared to before we started this product. I was skeptical at the quickness of the advertisement of 7 days, but he seems to feel better so I guess I was wrong :). After the 2 week mark, he said it was even better (and he works out like a Marine!). He said he noticed that even after working out his muscle recovery wasn't as difficult. He liked the size and the coating on the pills as they are slick and go down easy. They are about 1/2 the size of a paperclip. The bottle also has a pop-top so you don't have to unscrew it each morning, which he likes as he is always in a hurry. Overall it seems to do what it says and easy to take!

I have suffered from severe back for many years. I also have rheumatoid arthritis in my left arm and some arthritis pain in my back. Let me just say this, I've been taking these pills for 5 days, and I already notice such a big difference in the pain and with the arthritis! It's AMAZING!!! The pill is a bit big, but I have a pill slicer and I cut it in half. Where do I begin! I was diagnosed osteoarthritis in October 2020! I had been on a 2 mile walk around my Neighborhood and came back inside and started to slip Off my right shoe and I started to put my foot to the floor and my knee hurt so bad I would not touch my foot to the floor at all! So I assumed I had just twisted it on my walk so I rubbed muscle rub on it and took ibuprofen and ice then heat! For a month I tried everything nothing helped I literally had to drag my right leg behind me it was horrible! I finally went to urgent care and they took extras and said I had a pocket of fluid on my knee! They sent me to an orthopedic doctor and the next day they called and got me right in where I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis! I will be having knee replacement surgery in a few months but I have started taking the osteo-biflex a few days ago and can feel a huge difference in pain and movement! I recommend asking your doctor before you try them but I think you will agree they really make a difference just in a few short days! Try them you will be glad you did!

As I've aged I find that I definitely get more aches and pains (I'm in my 40s). Recently my knees have been hurting and with a 5 year old and a husband going through cancer treatment slowing down is not an option. I don't like taking pain medicine and thought I'd give Osteo biflex triple strength plus vitamin d a try as I have been diagnosed with a vitamin d deficiency, apparently most adult don't get enough vitamin d. These pills are large but not as large as the picture of them in my hand would lead you to believe as my hands are small, almost kid size lol. The dose is 2 a day so the 80 count bottle will last 40 days. I love that the bottle has a flip top and is super easy to open, no fighting with a twist off child proof cap. I took them with food as stated in the directions and haven't had any tummy discomfort. I've only been taking osteo biflex for a week but it is already helping ease the pain in my knees making it much easier to keep moving. I haven't taken any pain medicine because I wanted to see how well the osteo biflex worked on its own. I love that this is an alternative to pain medicine for me and it helps boost your immune system with the vitamin d and we all need more vitamin d during this covid pandemic for sure. I did notice that osteo biflex has shellfish in it so if you have a shellfish allergy this is not for you.

Glucosamine supplements are a great supplement for an active lifestyle. I have noticed an improvement in mobility and flexibility since starting to take these tablets. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an extra support to prevent injury and promote healthy movement.

I have a lot of joint pain and swelling. So I gave this a try. It took about ten days of taking it to notice a difference. It did not get rid of all my joint issues, but I am seeing an improvement, and anything t that helps is great in my book. I am noticing easier moment with less pain. I love all the vitamin D this has in it reducing my need to take a separate vitamin to get the amount of vitamin D that I need. The only down side that I see is the pills are really big and if you have trouble swallowing pills you will have a bit of a time with them. Over all I am happy with the results and I am going to keep taking these. My joints need all the help they can get. I took a picture of them next to a penny so you can kind of judge the size of the pill. If you have joint pain give this a try.

Osteo Bi-Flex is a product I have known of for years and never tried until now. While I cannot yet review for its long-term benefits personally, I can say that this product is very easy to swallow. I am pretty well educated in the long-term benefits of glucosamine chondroitin. Each dose of 2 pills contains 1,500 mg of glucosamine chondroitin. The pills are larger but are very smooth-surfaced and go down with no issues. There is an added benefit of 50 mcg of vitamin D per dose. In the few days I have taken this supplement I have had no problems with it at all.
