Really helps I love it
I started using this product after I damaged my knee. It is amazing. Takes awhile to get in your system to work the best, but worth it. I thought I was just going to get some knee soreness/joint strain relief, well it not only works for my knee, but I wake up in the morning with out the small aches and pains I used to have. I am 59 so I have a few :) Love this product.

Really helps
I like the fact that you can choose different number of pills, based on which bottle you choose. I started with 3 per day because of stomach issues. Now I've gone down to taking one pill per day but still get the full dose. Didn't bother my stomach either.
