This toaster by Oster will be the last toaster you ever buy! It's sleek and modern design fits perfect with my other kitchen appliances. There is no more worrying about over toasted bread. It has an easily removable crumb tray for quick clean up and the extra wide slots toast bagels with ease and perfection. I'm very picky when it comes to toasted bread. I have had this toaster for several weeks now and am very happy with the results. The slots are wide enough for bagels, and the toaster has evenly toasted all products I have tried. I like the lever that enables me to push the bagels or other items up if necessary. There are many toasting options available, which is great. With teenage kids in the house that love to toast frozen pastries, this Oster toaster is a wonderful addition. All frozen pastry products come out evenly toasted on the outside and warmed through evenly. I also like the exterior design, the oval shape is a nice change from the square and rectangle toasters I have had in the past. The stainless steel exterior also compliments my kitchen appliances. Overall, I would recommend this product. It has lived up to my expectations and performed as advertised. loved it ,takes less space than my old one and looks more sleek in design.

Good toaster.Oster never disappoints.

I really like the look of this toaster but it does smudge easily. The features are convenient and easy to use. It toasts evenly and quickly. It's larger than my last toaster so it does take up a bit more counter space but it's level and sturdy. The crumb tray is very convenient and keeps mess to a minimum. The wide slots fit bagels perfectly. This toaster works exactly as I expected it to and I'm very satisfied with its performance. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because of the ease of which it smudges and it's slightly larger size. I received this product to test in exchange for review. Have to hold other end down when pushing down the toast lever, otherwise does it's job just like it should.

Worked great first few months; now, after five months of use, only one side of bread gets toasted. Knob to adjust darkness is very easy to turn, due to its position it often gets unintentionally moved from regular use.

I PURCHASED THIS EXACT MODEL BEFORE, and it served me well for years. This one must have had a defect. put the setting from 0 to 3, tisted hardly at all. put the setting above 3, and it would turn the bread to charcoal. i returned it to the store.
