Oster Smithfire 11-inch Carbon Steel Paella Fry Pan

We are starting to do more stir fry and tired of always pulling out the big pans and this fry pan was exactly what we were looking for. Cooks evenly and has not warped in any way since using it. We really love the ease of being able to clean it once we are done cooking. We use a gas stove and it cooks extremely well on high heat. They do have metal handles so using gloves is important. I would love to see a wooden handle in the future to combat having to always pull out the gloves but regardless these are great. We purchased 2 of them. Highly recommend.

This pan is great ive made omlets in here they come out great so much room.Nothing I cook in it sticks so easy to clean.Im so happy with this purchase.

great quality pan, I use it more as a flat bottom wok for stir fries and it works just fine. The price was crazy cheap (which is much better than inexpensive) for this quality.

This item met and exceeded my expectations. I love using it...not only is it wide its deep as well. Great buy!

I was highly disappointed when I received this Teflon coated PAN. The metal is super thin and bows up in the middle and is covered with PTFE. Teflon.

the food always sticks to the bottom of the pan, which is very frustrating. and I don't like the handle made out of metal, which is very hot to touch.

While stirring the food the coating on the pan flaked off into my food. It ruined my dinner. I returned the pan after one use. Yes, I washed and seasoned it according to the instructions.

Pan claims to be CARBON STEEL the first and last USE to create dinner ended up with some sort of black coating transferring to my food and ruining my dinner.

this was supposed t0 be a non stick good quality skillet. It is NOT. EVERYTHING sticks in it and it has already rusted. I hand wash it and dry it but it looks like its forever old

Pan was not flat on the bottom. It spins around on the stove top and the heat is unevenly distributed. Gets very got, even on a low setting, starts to smoke.
