It's a very heavy duty machine and it works great

So far I have been liking the product, which I use daily. It's easy to clean and dishwasher safe the 2 on the go cups are very practical and all of the cups are light in weight.

The food processor attachment shipped with 2 items missing: the Slicing/Shredding Disk, the blade shaft for the disk. Walmart said I should contact Oster so I filled out the form on Oster's website and they eventually emailed me "While our team at Oster is happy to provide general guidance or information if needed, all requests related to missing parts must be handled through the retailer's customer service channels." I went back to Walmart. Their customer service AI said "This order isn't eligible for the replacement or the refund of a missing part."

This is worst Product I. Brought. Its Broke after few use. I asked for refund but didn't have refund or replacement.
