Small, rigid plastic, sharp edges, not safe.
These are hard molded plastic with very sharp edges where they simply cut the plastic. They are also small enough that even a small adult foot would not fit, and even a kid's foot might be questionable and definitely not safe. They appear to be designed to put a real shoe inside and be a cover, which would be great, but there's no way a real shoe could fit. If you've ever seen the cheap plastic feet on most Halloween animatronics at stores, these are basically that. Not recommended for anyone. Immediately returned to Walmart.
