Otani KC2000 UHP 235/45ZR17 97Y XL Passenger Tire

The tire preforms well. So far so good. My only issue is with their so called customer service. I had to call in because their shipper FedEx only delivered one of my two tires ordered. Easy fix I thought. Not. I was told that I would have to wait until FedEx investigates the issue and there was nothing that they could do about it. I even sent Ring video showing the driver bringing one tire, along with a picture of the tire and shipping label. Not a good way to conduct business. However a week later after starting an online chat I was told that a tire would be shipped immediately. And they did. So this was a problem that was fixed, however what I had to go through to get here just wasn't right. Every time I called or went into an online chat I basically had to start from scratch to even get anywhere.

First off, stellar service from Priority Tire for quick delivery. Love the tires. I have GT Radial tires on my other vehicles and I am extremely happy with them. The 4 tires I received were made in the new S.C. plant and all 4 were manufactured in the last few months. These tires will give more traction on gravel and dirt roads with the added benefit of some needed traction during snowy/icy conditions we sometimes encounter here in North Carolina.

Bought this tires for my Buick LaCrosse after researching quite a bit. They do not disappoint, they ride well and the road noise has decreased a lot. I am impressed with the ride quality. Can't comment on longevity as I have haven't driven the car a lot a but saved a lot of money. Overall, I would recommend them.

I received my Priority tire in good condition. The tire is already on my car. It makes my car drive better. I will purchase more tires from ur company. Lord's will. ,Thanks..

Received tires quicker than expected. Only issue was that they were left outside in the walkway instead of the front porch, luckily someone was home to bring them in or else they would have been gone!!

Great tires so far smooth ride less noise!! Delivery was 4 days right to the front door and I was able to track from purchase to home.

Shipping was fast and ordering was simple. Only negative is the tires must have been stored under a boulder or something, smashed flat made it a nightmare to get popped out onto the beads.
